Post Accident Kits: For our motor carriers, D.A.T.C.S. provides DOT post-accident kits which contain collection supplies and your company's customized Custody & Control Form identifying D.A.T.C.S. as your Third Party Administrator (TPA). Drivers keep the post-accident kit in their cab to ensure a prompt and accurate collection in the event of an accident taking place outside the area in which our D.A.T.C.S. collectors may serve them.

ALCOHOL TESTING
Breath alcohol tests are conducted utilizing Evidential Breath Testing (EBT) devices, which are on the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration’s conforming products list. Each alcohol test includes an initial and confirmatory screening (when applicable) and is conducted by a certified Breath Alcohol Technician (BAT) to meet all federal requirements.
