Under Federal guidelines, small companies may have their employees join with U.S. DOT Safety Sensitive employees from other companies to form a testing pool. This testing pool, call a Consortium, is where individuals are selected for random testing. D.A.T.C.S. has one of the largest Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) and Pipeline and Hazardous Material Administration (PHMSA) Consortiums in Texas. Our Consortium is in compliance with DOT Federal and State auditors as well as auditing agencies for companies such as Exxon Mobil, EnCana, Gulf South and many more.
