Connie was one of the first active charter members of the Substance Abuse Professional Association in Washington, D.C. D.A.T.C.S. has become well known in the drug testing industry as ‘educators’ and as proactive participants in ‘Drugs Don’t Work Here’ campaigns. After 20 years, Drug and Alcohol Testing Compliance Services has become one of the largest consortiums for DOT FMCSA (Federal Motor Carriers Safety Administration) and PHMSA (Pipeline and Hazardous Material Safety Administration) companies in Texas. |
