There are a limited number of testing laboratories across the country that are certified by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) as part of the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). D.A.T.C.S. contracts with MedTox, a SAMHSA Certified Laboratory, for drug testing in compliance with 49 CFR Part 40/Part 199 & 382.
